You will need to provide high resolution photographs of your pet to allow Lucy to capture your pets character OR if you live locally to Swanage, please feel free to bring your pet into the shop for Lucy to meet in Person (probably not appropriate with horses though!). With the current COVID19 guidelines please make sure to check with Lucy that she will be there.

You have two options for how to pay for your portrait. You can either pay upfront (which is best if you are buying as a gift, but not essential) or you can pay a £50 deposit with either the balance to be paid upon completion, or to be paid in stages. If you would like to do this please discuss this with Lucy once you have paid your deposit. Please email her at moo@lucysfarm.co.uk, if you do not email we will contact you when we have received your order (as long as you have provided contact details!).

If you need your portrait for a specific date please get in touch first! Lucy tends to be booked up for her comissions 6-9 months in advance, but there may be a chance she can squeeze you in!
