We appreciate the cost of postage can seem expensive online sometimes, it really does surprise us how much it's gone up over the years but the lovely people at our local post office have been brilliant for my small business, Swanage Post Office really do support the local small shops in the town, they always do their best to find me the most economical but reliable ways to post so I just want to say a big thank you to the team there, they work incredibly hard!

Occasionally however things do go a little wrong, sometimes a parcel might take a little longer than expected or get lost along the way, if you have ordered from us and haven't had your parcel yet then you can always get in touch and we can see if we can track it down, but remember we're not amazon, so things can take a little longer! We have changed the settings on our website this year so you're able to select 1st or 2nd class post, which is really handy especially if you did need something that little bit sooner!
